How do I place an order?
At the moment I am only able to accept orders during scheduled restocks, which I announce in advance on this website, my email newsletter, and my social media accounts.
All restocks take place on Fridays at 3PM Pacific Time. 30 minutes before each restock, at 2:30PM PT, I temporarily close the website to stock inventory. During that time you will be taken to a waiting room. At 3PM PT, the site will automatically reopen and you can place an order.
Will I get a receipt when I place my order?
A receipt is automatically emailed when you place an order, but can sometimes be filtered into a folder like “promotions” or spam. Please check all folders, as you should be able to find your order confirmation there. If you’re not able to locate it, no worries! Please send me an email (firstname.lastname@example.org) and I can resend it.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Each restock/drop has a unique processing time that depends on a variety of factors. I always aim to provide a realistic timeframe given that everything is homemade and I am a one-person business. I’ll always share the processing window for a specific restock/drop on the shop’s social media, and it will be listed at the top of the website. The processing time will also be noted in your receipt email. If you forget the processing time and don’t know when to expect your order, please email me and I’ll be happy to let you know!
What is the sizing like for the clothes in your shop?
Each listing includes a size chart for that specific garment, which I highly recommend consulting before you place an order. Though I’ve gotten a lot of feedback that the sweatshirts in my shop run a bit oversized, it can vary so much from one person to another! So the size chart is your best bet.
My item doesn’t fit how I’d like, can I exchange it for a different size?
Yes, provided it’s not worn or washed. Email me (email@example.com) and I will send you an invoice for the return label. Once you pay the extra shipping cost, I will send you the return label and ship you a new item within a week of receipt.

Do you accept returns?
Yes, within two weeks of shipment, provided it’s not worn or washed.
If your item arrives damaged, please reach out through email (firstname.lastname@example.org) and I’ll get working on a replacement right away!

Is it possible to change my mailing address?
Yes, I can definitely update an address for you. Send an email as soon as you realize you need an address change—once your label has been printed and your package mailed, I unfortunately can’t do anything!
Information about international orders:
Buyer is responsible for any potential customs or duty fees as determined by country of delivery. Such fees cannot be determined in advance, and they’re not covered by the shipping cost.
Please note that all international shipping can take a significant amount of time to arrive. Tracking will be provided by USPS within the US, and then your national carrier once the package leaves the US. For this reason, tracking can sometimes be unreliable. I am unfortunately not able to assist once I ship your order, as it’s up to the carrier to provide tracking updates and deliver the package to you. I cannot issue refunds due to international shipping problems.
